The Indiana Standardbred Sales Company is currently accepting entries for its eighth annual Select Yearling Sale and second annual Mixed Sale. Entry forms for the sales, slated for Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, can be obtained by contacting sale manager Tim Konkle at (765) 759-9900. All yearlings will be videotaped by the sale company.
Last year Indiana Standardbred Sales Company sold a Danish Delight colt for $55,000, the highest priced Indiana yearling ever. The average for last year's sale was also the highest in history!

| | The Indiana Standardbred Sale Company played host to another successful sale in October 2007. A total of 123 yearlings were consigned to the Select Yearling Sale, held Saturday, October 13 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds' Champions Pavilion. The sale topper, a Danish Delight colt named Genesis Rocket, brought a top bid of $55,000, the highest ever for an Indiana-bred horse at public auction.
Friday evening, October 12 Indiana Standardbred Sales Company conducted its first-ever mixed sale. A variety of broodmares, yearlings and racehorses began selling at 10 a.m. Click on the link above to view mixed sale results.
